This small tool will download Spybot - Search and Destroy, install it, update it, scan
and fix the issues automatically without an user having to manually click the options.
(You need to have your Windows installed in C: drive in order to run this tool.)

This is very ideal for a first time user who wants to try Spybot -Search and destroy
very quickly and for anyone who wants to scan their computer and fix the issues
without having to do much work.
This tool uses a small command line utility called wget.exe to download the set up
file. For more info regarding wget.exe please visit http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/
Also, when you run the tool, your firewall programme may alert you saying that this
wget.exe is requesting access to the internet. You need to allow access and you
may also need to reopen the autoinstaller tool in order to sucessfully download an
launch Spybot - Search and Destroy.
Even though the tool is automated, when the Spybot - Search and Destroy opens
for the first time after installation and after the updates are complete, it may will give
you a small notice with a 'OK' button, as shown in the image below.
This is the only button that you would ever need to click during the whole process
and this button will appear twice. Since the size of this utility is very small and since
the download happens completely without a browser, this will be also useful in case
of browser problems or if you use dial up connection in which download process
may be stopped and end up in a corrupted set up file because of the browser
problems.
I would recommend using the tool in safe mode with networking, since most of the
processes do not run in safe mode and hence the spyware issues can be fixed
more easily. (To go to safe mode with networking, keep tapping the f8 key in your
keyboard when the computer starts. Then from the 'Advanced options' menu,
choose 'Safe mode with networking' using the arrow keys and press enter. Select
the operating system and press enter. You may see a prompt saying that windows
is running in safe mode; Click 'Yes'. Then, it will load Windows in Safe mode with
Networking)
After completing the download the file will be saved under C drive. Then it uses the
following commands to run the installation, updates and scan:
spybotsd14.exe /silent
"C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SpyBotSD.exe" /autoupdate
"C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SpyBotSD.exe" /autoscan /autofix
/autoclose
